Going through the implementation experience with Bryant Works was like a totally different ballgame.
The Challenge
Levrx’s marketing team manages more than traditional sales support.
In addition to B2B marketing, the team also supports full lifecycle member engagement for their clients member’s, including education, platform adoption, savings opportunities, and ongoing communication.
That meant Levrx needed more than a standard HubSpot setup.
They needed to bring platform data, app data, member engagement information, and savings opportunity data into HubSpot in a way that was accurate, usable, and sensitive to the realities of working with healthcare data.
Before HubSpot, the team was relying on a more manual process. Lists had to be uploaded every week to send emails, reporting required manual CSV exports, and campaign results often had to be routed through the different teams and systems before marketing could understand what was working.
The process was time-consuming, limited, and hard to scale.
The bigger concern was data accuracy.
Levrx needed to account for duplicate members, duplicate IDs, shared email addresses, and other edge cases that could create risk when working with PHI and sensitive healthcare-related information.
As Natalia explained, getting the data into HubSpot properly was not something the team could afford to get wrong.
They needed a partner who understood both the technical complexity and the sensitivity of the use case.
The Solution
From the first conversation, Bryant Works stood out because the team understood that Levrx’s implementation was not a traditional HubSpot rollout.
Natalia shared that other consultants seemed to approach the project from a standard implementation script. Bryant Works took a different approach.
Chris Bryant listened closely to Levrx’s use case, understood the complexity of their B2B and B2C marketing needs, and helped the team think through how HubSpot could support member engagement, workflow strategy, data movement, and reporting in a way that made sense for their business.
Bryant Works helped Levrx with:
HubSpot implementation from the ground up
Data architecture and data flow planning
PHI-conscious configuration considerations
Workflow strategy for member engagement
Branching and personalization opportunities
Campaign and activation reporting
Dashboard development
Hands-on training and team enablement
Ongoing weekly consulting and support
The work gave Levrx the ability to move beyond weekly uploads and manual reporting into a more connected, responsive HubSpot environment.
It also helped the team understand what was possible.
Natalia noted that part of the value was not just building what Levrx already knew they needed. Bryant Works also helped them identify what they could report on, how dashboards could become useful to both internal teams and clients, and how workflows could be improved with better data access.
The Results
The results were immediate and meaningful.
Levrx moved from delayed, manual reporting to faster access to campaign performance data. Previously, the team might have to wait two to four weeks for reporting support. Now, Natalia shared that she can see what is happening within 24 hours of sending a campaign.
That shift changed the way the marketing team could operate.
Instead of waiting on stale information, Levrx can see campaign activity, activation trends, and engagement results while the information is still fresh enough to act on.
The new HubSpot setup also allowed the team to connect messaging performance with downstream results. For example, Levrx can see when a campaign goes out and whether activations spike afterward.
For Natalia, having that visualization and data in one place was a major turning point. She joked that she had “cried tears of joy” more than once throughout the process.
Key outcomes included:
Faster access to campaign results
Reduced manual list uploads
Less reliance on analytics for basic campaign reporting
More useful dashboards
Better visibility into activation trends
More targeted member messaging
Stronger workflow capabilities
Improved confidence in data handling
Faster onboarding and training for new team members
The implementation also gave Levrx more leverage as a growing company.
Natalia described Bryant Works as a pivotal investment for a cost-conscious growth-stage company. The work not only saved time, but also helped replace work that may otherwise have required additional headcount.
Looking Ahead
With HubSpot now in place, Levrx has a stronger foundation for scaling member engagement.
The team can continue improving workflows, building more targeted campaigns, and using reporting to better understand what messages are driving activation and engagement.
As Levrx grows, that foundation gives the marketing team more control, more insight, and more speed.
It also allows them to bring new team members up to speed more easily because the system, training, and support structure are already in place.
Natalia described the experience as both practical and empowering. Bryant Works did not simply configure HubSpot and walk away. Chris embedded himself as part of the team, joined weekly standups, answered questions across marketing, development, and analytics, and translated technical concepts in a way everyone could understand.
That kind of partnership matters when teams are building systems around complex data, sensitive information, and high-growth operations.
Conclusion
Levrx came to Bryant Works with a complex healthcare technology use case, a small but mighty marketing team, and a clear need to implement HubSpot the right way from the start.
They needed more than a standard implementation.
They needed a partner who could understand their business model, account for sensitive data considerations, improve workflows, build useful reporting, and help their team move faster with confidence.
Bryant Works helped Levrx transform HubSpot into a practical operating system for member engagement, campaign reporting, and scalable marketing execution.
For Natalia and the Levrx team, the value was clear.
“I cannot recommend Bryant Works enough.”
